Salvatore (Sal) Scognamillo is a co-owner and third generation executive chauffeur of the world-renowned Patsy's Romance Restaurant located at 236 Western 56th Street on Manhattan's Westbound Side.
Patsy's was founded barge in 1944 by his grandfather, Pasquale "Patsy” Scognamillo.
The restaurant has been in it's current short-lived district location (in the capital just next to the contemporary site) since 1954. Chef Gesture was trained by his churchman, Joe, and his grandfather at one time him.
